• Bible doctrine is much more than an outline you give confessional assent to. Doctrine is something you live in the smallest and most mundane moments of your life. Doctrine—what Christians believe—directly influences how they live. As the saying goes, “Our beliefs drive our behavior.” In this theological study we will define major Christian doctrines and explore their relevance for the Christian life. It is not about knowing more but understanding how to live out what we believe in a practical way. As we study each doctrine, we will see what it looks like to live in light of that truth. This class is open to anyone (no-prerequisite required). This semester we will study the doctrine Christ, Salvation, the Holy Spirit, the Church, and End Times.
Led by Rhonda Sallas***A beautiful queen, her courageous cousin, a foreign land, and a murderous adversary—the book of Esther has all the elements of an epic drama. The story unfolds at a time when the people of God are split between nations with an uncertain future. While the name of God may not be mentioned in the book of Esther, its pages highlight His work among His people and foreshadow Jesus’s very ministry to us—darkness to light, mourning to celebration, death to life. In this 7-session study, Kelly Minter invites you into the daring faith modeled by Esther and her cousin Mordecai—a faith developed over time, rooted in the goodness of God, lived out through extraordinary circumstances, and used to change the world. Although our time looks different from Esther’s, our God is just as active and faithful today, and He has called you for such a time as this.
Wednesdays at 6:30PM--Led by Tiffany Truitt -- If there’s one thing moms love, it’s a formula. Give us the three-step process, the instruction manual, the straightforward solution for how to mother with excellence and we’ll give it our best shot. But we all know motherhood isn’t that simple. Each decision seems to present a thousand overwhelming options, or our circumstances suddenly change, and we can’t keep up with “the plan”, or we see another mom making different choices and begin to doubt our own. By understanding the gospel story and how all of scripture applies to our lives, we can better understand what we need to do.

This class will cover various topics that make people doubt the Bible. The topics will include The Origin of Life—The Best Argument for a Creator, Micro- vs. Micro-Evolution, Consciousness and the Mystery of the Mind, Have Humans ever Interacted with Dinosaurs? Is there proof of Noah’s flood?
